Five years later.

The sun was setting over the skyline of New York City, casting a magnificent golden light across the waters of the East River.

On the roof terrace of the Vance Legal Center in Brooklyn, a grand gathering was taking place. Friends, colleagues, former clients, and neighborhood families had gathered to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Starlight Restoration Project.

Eight-year-old Stella and six-year-old Leo were running across the green lawn of the rooftop garden, laughing and playing tag with their friends under the soft evening light.

Sadi stood at the glass railing, wearing an exquisite emerald silk dress, looking out at the city she had fought so hard to heal. Around her neck hung her mother's silver locket, alongside a delicate gold pin shaped like a shining star.

Roman walked up behind her. He wore a crisp white shirt with rolled-up sleeves and dark trousers, looking as powerful, handsome, and commanding as ever.

He wrapped his strong arms around her waist, pulling her close against his chest as the cool evening breeze blew off the river.

"What are you looking at, my Queen?" Roman whispered softly into her ear.

Sadi smiled, resting her hands over his arms, looking out at the distant neon blue glow of the Starlight Diner sign visible in the Queens skyline below.

"I was thinking about how many lives that little diner changed," Sadi murmured softly. "How a cup of coffee and a desperate loan led us to all of this."

Roman leaned down, pressing his lips against her temple, his voice rich with deep, reverent emotion.

"It wasn't the diner, Sadi," Roman whispered softly, looking into her dark, brilliant eyes that held his entire universe. "It was you. You brought light into my dark world, and you taught me that true power is protecting the people you love."

Sadi turned in his arms, looking up into his eyes, a radiant smile illuminating her face.

"We built this together, Roman," she whispered. "And our light will never go out."

Roman smiled, dipping her gently as his lips met hers in a deep, passionate, and eternal kiss under the twinkling stars of the New York sky.

Below them, the bright blue light of the Starlight Diner burned bright and steady—a timeless beacon of hope, justice, courage, and a love that had conquered the dark forever.
